The customer service was okay overall. Like I said, they were polite when they did respond, but the replies were slow. Like I said, not a terrible experience, just not as quick or helpful as I was hoping for.

The comfort was hit or miss for me. It wasn’t terrible, but it still felt kind of stiff, so I wouldn’t say it fully worked out.

I bought a jacket from ucleathercompany.com and, to be fair, it showed up without any issues. It does have that leather smell and most of it feels like real leather, but a few areas have this slightly coated, almost plasticky feel that makes me second-guess it a bit.
